TT Electronics Olathe Kansas facility is an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of custom magnetic products and assemblies. The Olathe-based site has 65 years experience in the design and development of unique harsh-environment solutions for mission-critical applications.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
This position may require access to information technology or materials subject to U.S. export control laws including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Any offer of employment will be contingent upon TT Electronics review of the candidates eligibility to access export-controlled information in accordance with applicable law.
Introduction
The System Integration & Validation Engineer is responsible for integrating testing validating and troubleshooting power electronics and electrical power systems throughout the product development lifecycle. This position works closely with Engineering Program Management Manufacturing and Quality to verify system performance support qualification testing resolve technical issues and ensure products meet customer regulatory and military/aerospace requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute system integration verification validation and quality test plans for new and existing product.
- Perform functional electrical environmental and EMI/EMC testing in accordance with customer military and aerospace standards.
- Integrate troubleshoot and validate complex power electronics and electrical power systems to ensure performance requirements are achieved.
- Analyze test results document findings and provide technical recommendations to support product development and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues support design verification and ensure successful product implementation.
- Participate in design reviews customer technical discussions and root cause investigations to improve product reliability and performance.
- Develop and maintain laboratory test methods equipment and documentation to support engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Maintain a safe laboratory environment and ensure compliance with company safety policies and application regulations.

Desireable Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Three or more years of experience in systems integration validation testing or power electronics.
- Experience testing electrical systems to military and aerospace standards.
- Experience with power electronics electrical troubleshooting and laboratory instrumentation.
- Aerospace or defense industry experience preferred.
