TSTC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design development integration and sustainment of complex C4ISR and information warfare systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical experience strong analytical skills and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience working with geospatial systems is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead systems engineering activities across the full development lifecycle including requirements analysis architecture development integration test deployment and sustainment.
- Develop analyze and maintain system architectures interface specifications and technical documentation for enterprise-level systems.
- Perform requirements decomposition traceability and verification planning in accordance with DoD and Navy systems engineering practices.
- Coordinate with software hardware cybersecurity data and program management teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
- Lead system performance assessments trade studies and risk management activities.
- Guide configuration management and engineering change processes.
- Prepare highquality technical reports engineering plans and briefings for both technical and executivelevel audiences.
- Support field tests demonstrations and operational assessments including geospatial data workflows and mission applications.
- Masters degree in engineering computer science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience with demonstrated systems engineering leadership
- Experience with geospatial systems geospatial data standards or related mission applications
- Knowledge of requirements management tools modeling approaches and systems engineering methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Skilled in MS office Suite
- Works independently proactively identifies and completes task
- Excellent verbal and written skill
- Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen and currently hold a Top Secret security clearance.
- This position is up to 90% CONUS & OCONUS travel!
The posted range is likely however is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Salary will be based on experience geographic location and contractual requirements and may fall outside of the posted range.
