As a Systems Engineer focused on next-generation infrastructure youll be at the forefront of our innovation:driving cloud modernization AI-assisted operations infrastructure automation and resilient platform engineering initiatives. Youll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to help evolve our environment as we adopt emerging technologies enhance service reliability and accelerate delivery through this role you will:

• Design deploy and maintain enterprise infrastructure across on-premises datacenters private cloud and public cloud environments.

• Manage Windows and Linux server platforms virtualization platforms storage systems and enterprise backup and recovery technologies.

• Engineer and support workloads across Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS) and hybrid multi-cloud environments.

• Develop and maintain cloud landing zones governance standards resource blueprints tagging strategies and cost optimization practices.

• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform ARM/Bicep Ansible or PowerShell Desired State Configuration (DSC).

• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) capabilities to improve monitoring incident detection capacity planning and root-cause analysis.

• Design automation solutions using Power Automate Logic Apps PowerShell and Python to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.

• Participate in complex incident resolution modernization programs documentation development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 2 years of experience in systems engineering infrastructure engineering or related technology roles.

• Working knowledge of Windows Server Linux virtualization networking fundamentals storage technologies HPE platforms and Pure Storage solutions.

• Familiarity with observability platforms and AIOps concepts.

• Understanding of security best practices identity and access management and zero-trust principles.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

• Experience administering Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environments.

• Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and/or Python.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Bicep ARM Ansible or DSC.

• Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Apps or Logic Apps.

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted tools for IT operations.

• Curious adaptable and motivated to learn emerging technologies with an automation-first mindset.
