Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Summary:

• Develop and implement reliability engineering programs to meet customer requirements.

• Perform reliability predictions failure analysis and FMEA to identify risks and improve system performance.

• Develop and maintain FRACAS databases and participate in Failure Review Board (FRB) meetings.

• Support engineering teams by providing reliability recommendations and design improvement guidance.

• Define environmental test profiles objectives and success criteria.

• Support proposal activities subcontractor evaluations and design reviews.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams leadership and customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to Obtain Clearance

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related technical field.

• 9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with:

  • RM&SH engineering principles

  • FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis & Corrective Action System)

  • Failure analysis and reliability investigations

  • Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)

• Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
