Systems Architect

What Youll be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Architect with a TS/SCI Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly VA. The Sponsor requires support specializing in project and system integration to perform dataset collection and exploitation for the Sponsors operational needs. This includes assessments and consultations with partners in and outside the Sponsors organization for data acquisition and exploitation strategy. Priorities will be determined by the Sponsor in close consultation with the Contractor Team.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Architecting designing orimplementing mission internetsystems
• AWS and/or Azure networkingsecurity logging administrationprovisioning
• Android emulation reverseengineering mobile app analysis
• VPN tunnel configuration obfuscationtechniques
• Fingerprinting signature analysisdeconfliction
• Accreditation A&A security controlsystems hardening
• Cisco router configuration LAN switching VLAN tagging
• Demonstrated experience with collectionand exploitation of data on mobile appsincluding domestic and foreign.
• Demonstrated experience performingdata analysis such as gatheringinformation to determine data sourcesdata targets data definitions and datarelationships.
• Demonstrated experience working withdata in a variety of structured andunstructured formats.
• Demonstrated experience producingtechnical documentation for operationaluse.
• Demonstrated experience triaging andtroubleshooting data issues.
• Demonstrated experience developingrequirements for testing assessingapplications and systems for datamanagement.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience withimage analysis manipulation andprocessing in Photoshop or similar tools.
• Demonstrated on-the-job experienceworking both independently andcollaboratively within a teamenvironment.
• Demonstrated experience transferring andhandling sensitive data.
• Demonstrated experience preparing taskplans task documentation and overallactivity reporting documents.
• Demonstrated experience developing dataingestion tools that extract transform andload the data based upon data mappings.
• Demonstrated experience buildingdatabases and developing softwareapplications to manage the extractiontransformation and loading of data.
• Demonstrated experience performingdata modeling data testing and datadocumentation.
• Demonstrated experience with datamanagement such as versioning of data and backups.
• Demonstrated experience working withusers to define requirements for analystsor operational customers.
• Works with users to identify anddevelop system requirements taking intoaccount the desired results hardwarelimitations and operating requirementsidentified by the Sponsor.
• Provides operational testing andrecommendations for continuousimprovement of equipment and softwarefor collection and exploitation.
• Provides coordination acrossSponsors organization and businesspartners to expedite data sharingprocessing and governance activities.
• Analyzes new technologieshardware and software to determine theapplicability and need for the existing orproposed system to include securitystorage and network and software to determine theapplicability and need for the existing orproposed system to include securitystorage and network technology.
• Interfaces directly with Sponsormanagement for requirements for datacollection and exploitation.
• Programmatically managessolutions for virtual operations.
• Collects and managesrequirements for planning and produceoutcomes from virtual operationalrequirements.
• Provides data assessments andprepare analytical reports from datasets.
• Collects and exploits profilecontent or metadata information.
• Evaluates data accessible in thepublic domain including foreign socialmedia websites and applications frommobile and stationary platforms.
• Assists in planning and managingmultiple projects involving theinfrastructure and exploitation platforms.
• Assists in the integration of datawith existing platforms for correlation andanalytical insights.
• Establishes strategic objectivesbased on the Sponsors vision for the datacollection platforms.
• Conducts technical exchangemeetings with stakeholders on businessand technical requirements.
• Assists to condition coordinate collect and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.
• Collects ingests and exploitslarge and small dataset collections.
• Provides field technical andoperational support for data analysis andmay require some Temporary Duty travel.

What Would be Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience withSponsors technical collection.
• Proficient in all of Sponsors classified datasets and data collection and repository tools.

Virginia Pay Range

$150000-$250000
