Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Entrata Systems Analyst to support and optimize Entrata across AAM Livings property portfolio. This role will work with Operations onsite teams and leadership to troubleshoot system issues improve workflows maintain data accuracy and support Entrata-related implementations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for Entrata across the property portfolio.
• Troubleshoot Entrata system workflow and data-related issues that impact the business
• Analyze and improve Entrata workflows and operational processes.
• Support Entrata implementations upgrades transitions and new property onboarding.
• Assist the Corporate with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals revenue reputation and profitability.
• Review system data and reports for accuracy and identify process gaps.
• Develop Entrata SOPs user guides and process documentation. Test and validate Entrata changes workflows and configurations.
• Train and support onsite and remote teams on Entrata processes.
• Coordinate with Operations IT leadership and Entrata support to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant professional experience in systems operations or property management technology.
• Bachelors degree in business Information Systems Operations or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Entrata is required.
• Hands-on experience supporting Entrata within multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of property management workflows and operations.
• Experience with system troubleshooting workflow analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Experience creating SOPs training materials or system documentation.
