System Modeling Engineer

The System modeling development team is looking for a System Modeling Engineer with background in data analysis and NAND based Solid State Drive experience to help design develop and maintain software models with the intent of providing valuable forward-looking insights for the development and productization of SSDs for enterprise applications. The modeling engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for assessing various aspects of deployed or yet to be deployed systems to meet business requirements of potential or existing customers.

Qualifications :

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors in CS EE CE or related field and 5 years experience or Masters degree in CS EE CE or related field and 2 years experience

Required:

• Programming proficiency C Python
• Working within an ecosystem such as Bitbucket/Jira/Confluent
• Proven data analysis acumen.
• Presentation skills both written and oral.
• Experience with agentic coding or AI assisted development.

Preferred:

• Prior SystemC/behavior modeling work
• Experience in modeling large behavior models of SSD
• Background in analyzing large data sets
• Knowledge of various modeled data visualization techniques

The compensation range for this role is $128960 - $201500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
