- Provide system engineering support for a Human Resource Applications and Services organizations software development team.
- Primary responsibilities will be acting as the direct liaison between Government leadership and the development team toestablishprioritiesfacilitatingagile processes communicating with team members theGovernmentand end user customers.
- The individual will need to work with the technical team and Government leadership to prepare schedule inputs communicate dependencies impediments and risks and communicate with Freedom Program Management team.
- This individual must be willing to tackle challenges and be comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced highly visible team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- A bachelors degree and fourteen (14) years experience as an SE in programs isrequired. Nineteen (19) years experience as an SE may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Experience as a system engineer on a software development team with diverse skillsets and experience levels
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Willingness to learn and develop strong understandingnew technologiesand products
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules
- Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done
Desired:
- Experience with Atlassian Suite products including Confluence & Managing Jira
- Strong project leadership skillsto includeidentifyingopportunitiesrisksand communicating with all levels of contractor and Government leadership.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $185000-$215000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the companys comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors such as location the individuals education skills experience and competencies as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
