Job Summary/Basic Functions The Swim Lesson Instructor is responsible for providing safe engaging and effective swim instruction to participants of various ages and skill levels. Instructors will teach swimming fundamentals water safety and stroke development while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Strong communication patience dependability and a commitment to participant safety are essential. |
