Swim Instructor No teaching experience needed

• Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).
• Greet and check in families assist with scheduling and help manage pool deck operations.
• Keep students safe engaged and progressing in the water.
• Support a positive team-oriented atmosphere both in and out of the pool.

• You love working with kids and making a difference.
• Youre reliable upbeat and comfortable in the water.
• Previous experience in customer service education coaching or childcare is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool
• Must complete our paid swim instructor training.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
