• Teach high-quality swim lessons to students of all abilities using WSA curriculum
• Support Emergency Action Plans and maintain safety standards
• Build positive relationships with families and provide welcoming encouraging communication
• Assist with onboarding new instructors and contributing to a strong team culture
• Maintain consistent availability for scheduling and lesson coverage
• Participate in ongoing training coaching and leadership development opportunities

• 812 weeks of paid training

• Leadership or management experience
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced aquatic environment
• Commitment to upholding WSAs values: positivity community honesty and empathy
• Willingness to commute to Appleton if needed
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
