Sustainability Operator

We are currently seeking a Sustainability Operator for our Clinton Tennessee facility. This position will be on the 1st shift position. Monday through Friday. Pay rate is $18.50 an hour and up depending on experience and will include a shift differential.

The Sustainability Operator will actively participate in our sustainability efforts at our TN facility. To act as a safety representative at our TN by facilitating activity that encourages safe behavior among our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Sustainability project facilitation for all areas in TN
• Monitors and Implements operation clean sweep audits and projects
• Morning meetings planning and communication
• Maintain work area
• ES&H facilitation of limited auditing for TN

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Manufacturing experience
• 5S/Recycle Knowledge
• PIT certification

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Moderate computer skills
• Must be able to learn new methods and procedures.
• Must be willing to help in other areas as needed
