We are looking for a support/float teacher committed to helping children learn play grow and thrive across all age groups and providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

- Be responsible for creating a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment for children across infant toddler preschool and school-age classrooms as needed.

- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters making TLE a place where learning is fun in every room you support.
- Build relationships with families and colleagues across the center creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicate regularly with parents and lead teachers helping ensure continuity and consistency for each childs day.
- Maintain classroom ratios safety standards and daily routines when moving between rooms.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children of all ages
- Enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
