Support StaffPreschool Aide

Ascends Little Miracle Program seeks a Full-Time Preschool Assistant to support our Little Miracles Community Program in Hayward for children with developmental learning sensory processing and language and communication disorders. We seek a dedicated and passionate Full-time Aide who can work as a team to help create a fun environment and incorporate educational activities that assist our childrens development.

Hours areMondays - Fridays - 20-22 hours per week

PREFERRED

• Experience working with special needs children
• Bilingual preferred (but not required)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

• 1-year minimum working with children ages 0-5 years old.
• CPR
• A minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units are preferred but can also be enrolled or is after starting enrolled.
• Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assisting staff in cleaning up for the kiddos

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4-5 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
