NaphCarehas an excellent opportunity for aSupport Analyst to join ourteam remotely at the Arizona Department of Corrections Regional Office.

This is a remote position that may require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates in a professional manner with all managers employees vendors and clients of NaphCare
  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions to assist in maintaining and organizing files records and documentation in accordance with organizational expectations and policy
  • Enter and update data in compliance tracking systems spreadsheets and databases
  • Track deadlines for accreditation related submissions and follow up with responsible staff
  • Promotes supports and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Seeks resources for direction when necessary
  • Performs all other related functions and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Experience with Correctional HealthCare accrediting bodies (NCCHC ACA) preferred but not required.
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and comfort learning compliance tracking systems and databases
  • Excellent skills in the areas of organization attention to detail time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Teams Zoom) for scheduling and coordination
  • Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to work and sit in front of a computer approximately 8 hours per day talking and listening to communicate effectively with team members visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing data/information and viewing a computer terminal ability to work under pressure
