Job Summary

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Planner 2 role will be supporting the project phase and operations of GMP Purchasing and Supply Chain Planning at our Holly Springs site to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time in the correct quantity to support process validations and GMP production. This role will support the materials planning process and direct purchasing while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders on the status of material readiness. The full life cycle of material management will also include the running of the ERP SAP system using MRP. The Supply Chain Planner 2 will support these processes and supply chain teams on a longer strategic planning horizon. This role will be responsible for supporting the planning team and orchestrating associated task to start up the Holly Springs facility while transitioning into commercial operations including but not limited establishing standard operating procedure reports material plans manage projects and stakeholders. The Supply Chain Planner 2 is expected to collaborate closely with all stakeholders across the Fujifilm sites and supply chain teams to setup accurate master data for both material and production planning in the SAP ERP system.

What Youll Do

Coordinates the process activities for the material purchasing including but not limited to: supplier engagement execution of material MRP planning and converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders.
Performs follow-up on material delivery and release for process production end to end (product contact)
Ensures material availability by effectively communicating with vendors and internal customers so materials are received and quality releases for production
Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers manufacturers distributors and customers identifying opportunities for improving efficiency effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain
Ensures material availability by coordinating delivery and release with the purchasing warehousing QA/CQ and Vendor departments while helping to resolve any problems associated with availability
Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of previous work experience in supply chain OR
Bachelors degree with 2 years of previous work experience in supply chain

Preferred Requirements

GMP regulation experience
SAP S4/HANA or other SAP ERP system experience
Experience with data management Advanced Excel skills
