Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support strategic supply chain projects that impact key performance measures across the organization by assisting with research analysis and project execution.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends evaluate processes and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve inventory performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to supply chain requirements procedures standards and processes to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support to manufacturing sites and business teams as they evaluate and adopt company-standard supply chain tools and processes.
  • Participate in business system testing and validation activities to ensure supply chain systems function effectively and meet business requirements.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives by utilizing supply chain tools and business processes that support an integrated supply chain strategy.
  • Gain exposure to global supply chain operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Pursuing a bachelors degree in supply chain operations business or a related field
  • Zero (0) years of related experience
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in-person at our Shakopee MN location
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Prior internship project or leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Operations Management or a related business discipline
