Job Summary
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) New Orleans Division.
This position(s) primary purpose is to manage and oversee of all aspects of the Business Operations Program (BOP) within the respective DEA Domestic Division.
As a your typical work assignments may include:
- Reviewing and structuring organization to optimize use of resources and maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- Ensuring administrative technical and professional work complies with appropriate guidelines policies and approved internal controls.
- Managing performance audits during site visits to evaluate overall effectiveness of the compliance audit and review programs.
- Identifing administrative ambiguities and process gaps to establish solutions and streamline divisions administrative process.
- Supporting management in logistics functions such as supply inventory accountable property facility transportation/fleet etc. and its maintenance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Incumbent is subject to random drug testing.
