Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing

Renesas is seeking a Supervisor Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor you will oversee manufacturing operations develop and coach employees and ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production and maintenance employees in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules quality standards and cost objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve productivity yield and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety accountability continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Coach mentor and develop team members to maximize performance and support career growth.
• Partner with engineering maintenance quality and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support workforce planning employee performance management staffing decisions and training initiatives.
• Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Qualifications :

Required

• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership supervisory or applicable manufacturing experience.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Additional Information :

This opportunity is on a compressed work week schedule which consists of 12-hour shifts 3 days a week one week and 4 days the next 6:45am to 7:15pm Sunday thru Tuesday and every other Wednesday.  

This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
