Overview

The Team Supervisor assumes responsibility accountability provides leadership for daily operations coordination of work quality and service and team member supervision in assigned area. Facilitates staff management in a multi skilled multi-functional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities resolution of customer service issues and management/monitoring of resource utilization. Provide project management and facilitation as well as clinical oversight and support for the development coordination implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Provide consultation and education within the division and across the System in the area of Performance Improvement and/or Peer Review. Assist in maintaining liaison with external agencies in the area of quality peer review and accreditation surveys/inspections.

• Bachelors Degree

Experience

• 3 Years clinical Experience Required

• Some leadership experience required

• Regulatory compliance experience preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $96491.20 - $144726.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
