Supervisor Production Processes

Location & Team Environment

This role is based in Jacksonville FL (on-site). You will lead and support a production team in a collaborative safety-focused environment while partnering with Operations Quality Maintenance Engineering and other functions to achieve production goals.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Supervise and coordinate daily production manufacturing and packaging activities to meet safety quality and production targets.
• Lead coach and support production employees while promoting accountability teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Monitor production processes equipment performance staffing and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure employees follow established SOPs safety requirements quality standards and company policies.
• Partner with Maintenance Quality Engineering and other teams to resolve production issues and minimize operational disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality productivity efficiency and overall manufacturing performance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical scientific business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing production packaging or an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations safety practices quality standards and production processes.
• Strong communication organization problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities work effectively in a fast-paced environment and use basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS quality systems SOPs or regulated manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
