Supervisor, Patient Access

Essential ResponsibilitiesEnsures Director/Senior Leadership are informed of any significant issues affecting patient satisfaction timeliness of services reimbursement or patient with local Department Leaders/Administration Revenue Cycle leaders and Patient Entry Ops Leadership team to improve processes and for adequate staffing and coverage in all Patient Entry staff performance and provide guidance feedback and coaching where operational issues and challenges for the department. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations including insurance eligibility and benefits staff evaluationsAssist with the recruitment scheduling and discipline of high-quality service to patients and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and staff on policies procedures systems and regulatory quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO HIPAA and other proper utilization of software and technology tools. Education LevelBachelors - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degreeExperience LevelMinimum of 3 years of experience including at least 1 year in a management role - Previous supervisory experience preferred. - Flexible in maintaining and responding during operational hours - Knowledge of JCAHO HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Individual pay is determined by role level location job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
