The Operations Training Supervisor leads the development and execution of training programs for all Operations. This role oversees training resources and is responsible for designing maintaining and delivering structured training content to support manufacturing employees. Key responsibilities include managing training records and documentation ensuring compliance and accuracy of training data coordinating training schedules and evaluating program effectiveness.
Additionally the Operations Training Supervisor partners with organizational leadership to align training initiatives with strategic goals ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled talent and continuous workforce development.
M-Th 7 AM - 430 PM; F: 7 AM - 11 AM
- Supervise members of the Operations Training department
- Develop and implement a structured approach to On-The -Job(OJT) training.
- Coordinate training schedules for new hire employees and cross-training for current employees
- Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as orientation on-the-job training refresher training etc.
- Support the creation of training checklists knowledge checks and evaluations
- Participate in the development or improvement of process work instructions.
- Collaborate with production managers and supervisors to develop and support training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training for continuous improvement of content and delivery of programs.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers
- Coordinate the tracking and maintenance of employee training records.
- Identify key training developmental opportunities.
- Identify new training methodologies and tools.
- Partner with the operations team to execute short and long term training and developmental strategy that aligns to the organizations strategy and goals.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lead/Trainer experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Ability to train others
- Ability to read interpret and create written procedural documentation
- Knowledge of general production technical skills assembly processes and quality practices
- Strong computer skills
- 2-3 Years Training Specialist Experience

Pay range for this opportunity is$68637.50-$88825.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors including but not limited to local labor market costs years of relevant experience education professional certifications foreign language fluency etc.
