Job Summary
The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading daily drill pipe inspection operations by supervising field personnel managing resources and schedules and ensuring safe efficient and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies industry standards and customer requirements. The role is focused on driving operational excellence supporting customer satisfaction and fostering a strong culture of safety.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in drill pipe inspection NDT or oilfield services
- 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods (EMI UT visual) and industry standards (API DS-1)
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
