Job Summary

This role is based in Thief River Falls MN and will require a minimum of three days per week in the office and be available for projects in the office as needed. Travel required at times domestically and internationally.
Build and manageDigiKeysinternal communications infrastructure: theteam strategychannelscadencesand best practices for how the company communicates.
Serve as a strategic communications partner across the business;triaging and prioritizing company-wide communication requests and partnering with stakeholders to translate complex topics into clear effective messaging.
Partner closely with theHRteam as a strategic sounding board on sensitive or high-stakes communications.
Partner withmarketing communicationsteamsto keep our internal and external narrative aligned and consistent.
EvolveDigiKeysinternal communications strategy and toolkit as the company scales experimenting with newinitiatives and channels.
Measure and iterate on whats working bringing a data-informed lens toDigiKeysinternal communications team.
Organize and leadcommunicationprojectsand planningmeetings.
Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthenworkdemonstratingcuriosity a willingness to learn and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
Thisrole will report to our Thief River Falls Minnesota campus a minimum of threedays per week.
Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree inCommunicationsJournalismor Marketing
3 years of experience communicating cross-functionallywith1year of leadership experience
Excellent storytellingand proofreading skills
Journalistic writing experience
Knowledge ofDigiKeybrand andcore values

The base pay range for this position is:
$74300to
$102500Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range including the candidates work experience in related roles; the candidates knowledge skills capabilities and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
