What will I be doing

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you would be responsible for performing your positions responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Coordinate staff schedules according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees
• Maintain room inventory timely and efficiently for the Front Desk
• Documents and communicates maintenance requests to the engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest happiness
• Displays professional image at all times through appearance dress and conduct

• Ensures hotel complies with all federal state and local laws including OSHA

*Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to the collective bargaining agreement.

What are we looking for

To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Basic computer skills
• Proficient English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests owners co-workers and fully comprehend job assignments
