Responsibilities:
- Engineering Supervision & Operations Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the engineering team including Building Engineers implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and complex troubleshooting and repairs across plumbing electrical and HVAC departmental resources including staffing equipment and and support regulatory and preventive maintenance with healthcare department leaders and PDC partners to plan and execute facility adherence to applicable regulations and standards (e.g. NFPA CMS FGI ASHRAE).Maintain compliance with PCRA ICRA and ILSM requirements including documentation and work schedules as needed to meet operational demands.
- Staff Development & Compliance Provide training coaching and development opportunities for engineering compliance with safety health and regulatory standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Trade School Certification in one or more fields or military engineering experience. Equivalent education and/or experience is acceptable. Required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering. Required
- Advanced proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing electrical or HVAC). Preferred
