Reports all safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Supervises the departments on specified shiftto ensure effective and efficient. Operation of equipment and availability of necessary resources. Oversees and trains associates on all departmental procedures quality procedures and all related work instructions safety trainingand company policies. Advises managers on personnel issues. Manages time collection functions. This includes processing and/or submittingall forms ona timelybasis. Ensures compliance with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: ISO GMA SAFE HAACP) as :Lean Manufacturing experience. 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations methodsand physical demands require standing using hands to finger feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specificvision requirements are close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
