POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the shipping inventory and/or receiving systems as well as maintains the safety health and environmental policies and procedures in the warehouse.
• 3 years supervisory experience with a proficiency in third party services including sequencing kitting repack deconsolidation and bulk and small lot metering.
• Coordinates activities with other departments and implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness.
• Assists leadership with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
• Coordinates and monitors the contents of shipments that arrive and leave Comprehensive Logistics.
• Plans assigns and directs the work of hourly team members.
• Rewards provides corrective action addresses complaints and resolving problems of team members.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3 years of materials and logistics experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2 years leading/directing hourly personnel.
• Ability to be certified to drive a forklift.
• Ability to train others on processes and procedures and keep required documents.
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skill.
• Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
