Overview:

Assumes responsibility and provides leadership for daily operations work coordination quality service and team member supervision in assigned areas. Facilitates staff quality improvement activities resolves customer service issues and monitors resourceutilization. Train and evaluate staff performance and institute corrective measures appropriately. Supports lab employees with IT solutions for everyday operational needs. Performs phlebotomy and/oroperatespoint-of-care equipment.
