Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible for supervision of career preparation instructors andthe management of career preparation program in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Assist with the planning coordinate and managing of the administrative and programmatic activities of the department including the MYPACE program.
2. Assist the manager with employability services in the preparation of the departmental changes as approved by the manager employability services and coordinate with the manager.
3. Evaluate develop prepare and deliver career preparation lessons use a variety of teaching strategies to meet students learning needs.
4. Provide personal motivational and employability counseling to students manage recommend and participate in student guidance and counseling activities such as staff/student confrontations and individual student problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree and two (2) years related experience one (1) of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record.
