Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring aPatient AccountsSupervisorto join ourPatient Accounts Departmentin Bolivar Missourisomeone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

• Work Shift:Days

• Hours:Monday Friday8:30a.m-4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like:Our team helps patients understand how their insurance works their patientportionand the options available to help relieve the financial stress of the payment of that responsibility.

As aSupervisoryou will be:

• Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the Financial Counseling team to ensure patients receiveaccuratefinancial guidance andassistancethroughout the revenue cycle.

• Supervising staff monitoringproductivityand quality standards

• Providing training and coaching and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and payer requirements

• Working collaboratively with Patient Access Case Management Revenue Cycle andclinicaldepartments to support insurance verification authorization processes financialassistanceprogramspayment arrangements and patient educationregardingfinancialresponsibilities

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor Degreepreferred

Experience:3years experiencein Patient Accounts

Skills: Time management CommunicationCalculation skills

Licensure/Certification:N/A

Physical: Ability to stand for 50% of the day and work on a computer for the remaining 50%
