Job Summary

Schedule: 1:00pm to 9:30pm Monday to Friday
Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the anesthesia technical team within a healthcare facility.

Essential Functions
-Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team including recruitment training performance evaluation and professional development.
-Coordinate the procurement inventory management and maintenance of anesthesia equipment supplies and medications.
-Ensure availability functionality and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment such as monitors ventilators and anesthesia machines.
-Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines safety standards and best practices.

Education: Associates Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience: Anesthesia Technician Experience 3-5 years required and Supervisory Experience 2-3 years preferred

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of anesthesia equipment procedures and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards governing anesthesia services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using anesthesia-related software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
