Superintendent

Job Summary:
Oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects including subcontractors schedules site safety quality and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors vendors and daily field activities.
• Maintain project schedules and meet construction milestones.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and safety.
• Resolve field issues conflicts and delays.
• Coordinate inspections deliveries and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with PMs architects engineers and clients.

Requirements:

• 10 years of construction field supervision experience.
• Commercial TI/interior build-out experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of framing drywall ceilings MEP and finishes.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor coordination and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of inspections permits and OSHA requirements.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Office/retail build-out experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and Procore experience are a plus.
