Superintendent (Low Voltage)
Job Summary
Were seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee field execution for complex electrical construction projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who can manage crews coordinate with project teams maintain quality standards and keep work moving safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise low voltage electrical construction activities including fire alarm security telecom and related systems.
- Coordinate daily field work with internal teams subcontractors vendors and project stakeholders.
- Review drawings schedules RFIs and field conditions to support accurate installation and project progress.
- Perform QA/QC checks to confirm work meets project requirements code standards and installation expectations.
- Track field updates documentation manpower needs materials and construction progress using project management tools.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent Field Lead Foreman or similar role within low voltage or electrical construction.
- Strong background with fire alarm security telecom structured cabling or related building technology systems.
- Experience supporting complex commercial industrial or technical facility construction projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of RFIs QA/QC processes construction documentation and field coordination.
- Procore experience preferred.
- P6 scheduling experience is a plus.
- Ability to read drawings and work with CAD-based documentation when needed.
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent field experience.
