About the Role

Superintendent II leads field operations on industrialprojects in the Jacksonville area planning supervising and executingconstruction to ensure a safe orderly and efficient jobsite. As a seniorfield leader this role takes on larger more complex projects mentors fieldstaff and helps Winter grow its presence in the Jacksonville market.

Responsibilities

• Plan supervise and execute all field operations on industrial projects maintaining a safe clean and efficient jobsite
• Lead schedule development and near-term planning with subcontractors proactively resolving risks to keep milestones on track
• Direct subcontractor coordination and quality control including inspections water management and a continuous punch process
• Lead train and develop Assistant Superintendents Field Representatives and field staff
• Manage field budgets and subcontractor pay applications and support preconstruction buyout and pursuits of new work

Qualifications

• 10 years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor including supervising field staff
• Experience leading ground-up industrial projects 50M
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling quality control and subcontractor coordination
• OSHA 30 certification required / preferred
• Based in the Jacksonville FL area or willing to relocate
