Tools/Equipment Used:Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals; imaging equipment
Posture:Frequent walking/standing/climbing/bending/stooping/kneeling pushing/pulling and twisting
Motion:Repetitive hand motions including keyboarding and use of mouse; reaching
Lifting:Occasional light-lifting and carrying (less than 25 pounds)
Environment:May work prolonged or irregular hours

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet visitors and assist with requests.
Answer and respond to incoming calls from the public and employees take reliable messages and route to the appropriate staff.
Receive sort and distribute mail and other documents to department staff.
Process requests for official district records including maintaining log of records requests retrieving documents copying and mailing records.
Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Monitor access to records and ensure proper security and confidentiality.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Complete any other duties as assigned.
