Summer Internship Program 2027 (Engineering & Industrial Functions) - Houston TX
LOCATION: Houston- Texas-USA
DEPARTMENT:INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS
Location: Houston TX and surrounding areas such as Bay City and Conroe.
Duration: 10 Weeks (Summer 2027)
This is a pool posting for Tenaris 2027 Summer Internship Program.
The Tenaris Summer Internship Program is an immersive project-based experience designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to the manufacturing and energy industry. Interns are assigned a business-critical project that contributes toprocess improvements operational efficiencies standardization initiatives and/or cost reduction opportunities within the organization.
Throughout the 10-week program interns will work closely with experienced professionals gain hands-on experience build their professional network and present their final project recommendations to company leadership.
- Lead assigned projects focused on improving business and operational performance.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Assist in developing standard procedures reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project objectives.
- Participate in site visits meetings and professional development activities.
- Present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Occupational Safety & Health
- Computer Engineering/ Data Science
- Other related technical disciplines
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029 preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical or operational data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Power BI Power Apps.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Interest in manufacturing industrial operations continuous improvement and operational excellence.
