What You Can Expect

This internship provides hands-on lab and production experience mentorship from industry experts and the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of products. Interns will work closely with engineering and production teams and spend significant time on the manufacturing floor.

What Youll Do

Assist with troubleshooting equipment and electrical issues on the production floor.

Help identify ways to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.

Support preventative maintenance activities and update maintenance records.

Assist with electrical drawings schematics and equipment documentation.

Help identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.

Support maintenance and engineering projects including equipment upgrades and installations.

Work with maintenance technicians and engineers to improve equipment safety reliability and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at a four year college or university in Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.

Sophomore Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internship.

Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively with engineering production maintenance and quality teams.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and spending time on the production floor.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn ask questions and take initiative.
