Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Its a team-based environment; and throughout your internship your peers will be right by your side helping you learn grow and have fun.

This internship requires a full-time commitment from May 17th to August 14th with opportunities available in Metro Detroit.

Interviews for this internship position will begin in November 2026.

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college/university (Graduating August 2027 - May 2028).
• Must have 3 months of sales customer service marketing or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e. DUI DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship from May 17th to August 14th
