Opportunities Available

As a Supply Chain intern at Stryker you will support work across several key operational areas including:

Supply Chain Operations: Gain exposure to the processes that support efficient material movement across production scheduling receiving inspection distribution logistics warehouse operations and inventory control.

Material Planning: Help build visibility between Supply Planning and Global Procurement by understanding incoming materials site needs and proactive material readiness.

End-to-End Material Flow Visibility: Analyze and track the flow of materials from Supply Planning and Procurement through receipt at the facility scheduling kitting and shipping.

Process Improvement: Identify gaps analyze root causes and recommend process improvements that strengthen visibility accountability and operational execution across the full material flow.

Majors Targeted: Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related majors

What You Need

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.

Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships

Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

$20 minimum hourly wage to $35 maximum hourly wage sign-on bonus 11 paid holidays annually and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend dependent upon hiring location.
