Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Subcontracts Specialist III to be responsible for managing the full subcontract lifecycle for EPC and power infrastructure projects including subcontract solicitation bid evaluation negotiation award administration and closeout. This role partners with project management procurement legal and operations teams to ensure subcontract agreements align with project requirements company policies and contractual obligations. Quanta Power Solutions delivers integrated engineering procurement and construction (EPC) services across the energy and power sector.
- Develop and issue RFPs/RFQs and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Negotiate pricing terms scope and contract conditions with subcontractors.
- Prepare execute and administer subcontract agreements and amendments.
- Monitor subcontractor performance compliance insurance and documentation requirements.
- Manage subcontract changes claims and dispute resolution activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to support schedule cost and risk management objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and contractual requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of subcontracting procurement supply chain or construction contract administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation subcontract administration and EPC/project delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with contract management and procurement systems.
- Ability to travel periodically for site visits field verification and project activities.
