Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Oversight

  • Lead manage and oversee all aspects of the Canvas subcontractor workforce ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement program management plans schedules and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes outputs risks and issues to senior leadership and government sponsors

Personnel Management

  • Directly supervise and coordinate activities of up to 200 personnel including recruitment onboarding training performance evaluation and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of engagement accountability and continuous improvement within the team

Resource & Financial Management

  • Oversee all travel ODC labor and programmatic expenditures ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational policies.
  • Develop and manage program budgets forecasts and financial reports; identify and mitigate risks related to resource allocation and cost control

Contract & Compliance

  • Ensure all program activities adhere to DoD AFRL TMAS and Canvas contract requirements including reporting deliverables and quality assurance.
  • Maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customers organization consulting with stakeholders to review task plans and deliverables

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Canvas Torch Technologies government sponsors and other subcontractors.
  • Facilitate recurring program meetings status reviews and technical interchange sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting Structure

  • This position reports directly to the Business Unit Director for TMAS Programs ensuring clear lines of accountability and communication for program status risks and resource needs

Required Experience:

IC
