Position: Studio Manager (General Manager)

Austin Street Queens

Base: $26/hour strong monthly bonus opportunity

Full-time- 40 hours overtime eligible

Top performers regularly exceed $70K.

What Youll Own

Lead the Studio Business

• Drive membership sales and retention
• Manage daily operations and staffing
• Execute local marketing and outreach

Build a Strong Team

• Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Set expectations and track performance
• Develop future leaders

Run the Numbers

• Monitor KPIs and revenue goals
• Identify issues early and act quickly
• Keep the studio on track week-to-week

What Were Looking For

Experience in sales retail fitness hospitality or membership business

Comfortable being accountable for measurable goals

Strong organization and follow-through

Confident leading conversations and coaching staff

High-ownership mindset
