Studio+ Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer Senior Location OPEN

We are seeking a talented Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation this role you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design develop and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics experience with Adobe CJA and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients.

The Opportunity

In this role you will identify and define user/customer requirements focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms such as mobile web and tablets. You will be responsible for creating software components and services that interact seamlessly with upstream and downstream components ensuring that business requirements are met through effective coding and programming.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Application Designer and Developer you will be responsible for the design development and implementation of Adobe CJA solutions ensuring that client objectives are met and exceeded. You will:

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• Bachelors degree required (4-year degree)
• Typically no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics customer experience or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python R) and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.
