As an intern at StandardAero you will gain hands-on industry experience learn from experts and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Over the course of your internship you will have the opportunity to: Determine and document the modification of products being processed for repair or overhaul to verify compliance to the applicable regulatory and customer requirements.

What youll do:

• Create Shop Aids for Engine Maintenance procedures

• Participate in continuous improvement projects with engineers on Waterjet Liburdi Welder Plasma Systems and Vacuum Furnace repair processes

• Complete assigned projects related to the Engineering group/discipline

• Review and/or create drawings and sketches of tools and fixtures

• Perform engineering calculations analyses development of drawings and specifications

• Assist with Tooling-related projects (e.g. New Tooling Fabrication Tooling validation)

• Assist in repair process audits to ensure compliance to company processes and standards

• Other assigned duties

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing their Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc.)

• CAD Software (AutoCAD or equivalent)
