Eligibility: Baylor Freshman Students with Dining Plan
Key Components:
- Conduct secret-shopper evaluations of Dining and other Campus Services areas.
- Evaluate customer service cleanliness food quality wait times signage atmosphere and overall experience.
- Provide honest constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Recognize employees and experiences that provide exceptional service.
- Participate in student surveys focus groups advisory meetings and special projects.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the student experience across Dining Retail Mail Copy/Print Catering and other Campus Services areas.
- Complete brief reports and evaluations following assignments.
Job Description:
- Current Baylor freshman with a dining plan.

- Comfortable sharing ideas and providing feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Interested in making the Baylor student experience better.
