Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position Summary

GEO Academies is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to help coordinate services communication and administrative activities that support student engagement and educational progress. This position serves as an organizational connection point between students families school teams and internal departments.

The successful candidate will be highly organized responsive detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple student-related tasks while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate student support activities and follow-up processes.
* Communicate with students families staff and other appropriate stakeholders.
* Track assigned student inquiries requests referrals and follow-up items.
* Help connect students with available academic and support resources.
* Maintain accurate student-related records and documentation.
* Assist with scheduling student meetings appointments and support sessions.
* Monitor deadlines and outstanding action items.
* Prepare routine updates summaries and reports for internal teams.
* Assist with student engagement initiatives and outreach activities.
* Respond to routine questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate department.
* Coordinate information between departments to help ensure timely student support.
* Maintain organized electronic files and records.
* Identify recurring administrative or support issues and communicate them to supervisors.
* Follow organizational procedures related to privacy records and student information.
* Support special projects related to student services and engagement.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least one year of experience in student services customer service administration community programs case coordination or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Ability to learn student information systems and other organizational platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate or bachelors degree in education communications business human services psychology or a related field.
* Previous experience supporting students families or community programs.
* Experience with student information systems case-management systems or customer relationship management platforms.
* Experience coordinating services across multiple departments.
* Experience working with remote teams.

Benefits
The anticipated compensation range is $25.00$32.00 per hour based on qualifications and relevant experience.
