Job Summary

The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina invites applications for a part-time Student Services Coordinator position in the Registrars Office. This position assists the front desk and provides exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for students faculty staff and visitors. The role answers questions assists with student records and registration processes and maintains student records in Banner. It also supports the daily operations of the Registrars Office through accurate record maintenance and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone and email inquires
  • Provide guidance on academic policies procedures and Registrar services
  • Scan/coordinate forms in Banner Document Management (BDM)
  • Assist with transcript requests
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Assist with the online registration process
  • Enforce the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Help maintain student database information
  • Other duties as assigned by the Registrar and/or designee

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelors degree is required. Must have the ability to work with details with a high degree of accuracy discretion and confidentiality. Must have an understanding of computer principles. Must possess good interpersonal organizational and analytical skills. Exhibits it excellent customer service skills.
