Job Description: The Center for Cybersecurity Innovation (C4CyI) is seeking motivated individuals interested in working on a high-profile grant-funded project that helps small businesses stay safe from cyberattacks. Youll conduct virtual interviews with small businesses asking standardized questions regarding hardware and infrastructure policies identity access management backups and training. Youll be assessing their issues and documenting recommendations for next steps. Youll also be responding to help desk tickets submitted by small businesses with resources and guidance. This is a great opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students interested in Cybersecurity and IT. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Information: This position is grant-funded. Due to the terms of this grant and federal law individuals with citizenship in China Cuba Iran North Korea Russia and the Maduro Regime are not eligible for this position. Training will begin on campus. Work is performed remotely after training. This position includes a ticketing system. Work is conducted when the customer is available. This position pays the minimum wage of $21.30/hour. Weekly hours are limited to 19.5 the student holds another campus job the total hours worked between the jobs may not exceed 19.5 per week during the academic quarter.
